Our Story
We love pizza and wanted to work for ourselves, so we decided to buy a truck and convert it by installing an amazing wood fired oven. Next on the agenda was pizza school. This involved travelling to Italy and training professionally as Pizzaiolo making Neapolitan style pizza, before coming back home to offer an authentic street food experience and serve seriously good pizza throughout Northern Ireland.
Our Pizza
We believe in using the finest ingredients and source locally wherever possible. We make our own dough using the best flour and all our pizzas are stretched by hand. We use Italian San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, artisan meats and cheese & extra virgin olive oil. These are all cooked in our wood fired oven which reaches temperatures up to 500°C. It cooks our pizzas in under 2 minutes and can cook up to 4 pizzas at the same time
